Pony baseball is for youths ages 13 and 14. KBC's Pony League is separated into two divisions: Cascade and Olympic. Olympic ball requires more of a commitment by the players and coaches towards practices and games. Each player must be drafted into the Olympic Division by team managers after attending two separate tryouts. Cascade ball is intended to be more instructional in nature without as much emphasis on competition. Both divisions play on 80-foot bases.
The Colt division of PONY baseball is for youths ages 15 and 16. All of KBC's Colt teams are within one league and form the basis for more advanced play between teams. Base paths are played out to the full 90 feet, and the pitching rubber is the standard 60 feet, 6 inches from the plate.
The Palomino division of PONY baseball is for youths ages 17 and 18. All of KBC's Palomino teams are within one league and form the basis for more advanced play between teams. The Palomino season starts in May, after the high school season ends.
